ELIGIBILITY

Who can enroll

Medical

Full-time employees who regularly work 30 hours or more a week can enroll in medical. Click on the link and enroll within 60 days of your hire date or within 30 days of your hire date for Southeast Division employees.

Dental

Full-time employees who regularly work 30 hours or more a week can enroll in dental. Click on the link and enroll within 60 days of your hire date, or within 30 days of your hire date for Southeast Division employees.

Vision

Full-time employees who regularly work 30 hours or more a week can enroll in vision. Click on the link and enroll within 60 days of your hire date, or within 30 days of your hire date for Southeast Division employees.

Life/AD&D

Full-time employees who regularly work 30 hours or more a week can enroll in life/AD&D and spouse or child life/AD&D. Click on the link and enroll within 60 days of your hire date, or within 30 days of your hire date for Southeast Division employees.

Short-Term Disability

Ben E. Keith automatically provides STD coverage to all full-time employees at no cost.

Long-Term Disability

Ben E. Keith automatically provides LTD coverage to all full-time employees at no cost.

401(k)

Full-time employees under age 55 as of June 30, 2018, or with less than one year of Company service are eligible. New full-time employees hired on or after July 1, 2018, become eligible on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of service, or 30 days of service for Southeast Division employees. To change contributions at any time, call 833-BEK-SAVE.

Profit Sharing
